Rights organizations need funding support from the West. This foundation
gives to recognized nonprofit organizations with proven records
of such activities. BAF sponsors seminars on community organizing
wherever it is needed in Africa. Democratic ideals are encouraged.
The major focus of BAF, however, is to make sure that the RIGHTS
of the individual to be FREE are respected.
